Anybody wanna buy a house?!?!?!?!

In order to get to Ecuador in late May, we need to sell our house!  To best use God's money, we'd like to sell it by ourselves...and our realtor is totally supportive!  We have until the Super Bowl (1st week of February) to sell it on our own...so PLEASE PASS THE WORD!  Here are the basics:

    You should take some pics of the inside and the back deck so people can get more perspectives of the house.

    i was just about to say that!! we have been in the buying house market for 2 years now and have yet to find what we want! its adorable! do you have more pictures and details? sq ft ... laundry rooom , storage, what kind of heat, taxes ... if you could shoot me an email that would be great!!
